Eddie is a detective and works with Lee's older brother, Hank. Then Jet comes and works for Indy, meeting Lee's best friend Eddie. Indy is best friends with Ally and is in love with Ally's brother, Lee. The Rock Chick series takes place in a coffee shop mostly that Indy owns. The burg is a small community so all the characters appear from story to story of the series. I personally love when characters are recycled and get their own stories.

Ham gets badly hurt but is not killed and Jagged begins with Zara seeing a news piece about what happened to him. One of her ex-lover's is Ham, from Jagged. In For You, someone is killing Feb's ex-lover's and enemies because he's obsessed with her. Off the top of my head, I don't remember how the other characters know each other but they do.

Across the street from them lives Violet and her daughters and next to her moves in Joe. Colton and Feb grew up in the burg and used to date. The 'Burg series features more about how the towns issues create the character's issues. Colorado Mountains series is more about the characters issues on top of the towns issues. After the Colorado Mountain series I can't remember the order of the series I read but I loved The 'Brug series. And Kaleidoscope stars Chase's very good friend Decker. The owner of the store is the female main character in Jagged, Zara. In The Gamble, Nina buys these earrings and receives a ring from a store called Karma (I believe).

By the end of Lady Luck, Chase is a good friend to Lexie and notices his crush on Faye. From The Gamble to Sweet Dreams there aren't any recurring characters but in Lady Luck, Ty is friends with Max and Nina becomes Ty's lawyer. I continued to read the Colorado Mountains series but I skipped Jagged (I read about three chapters then gave up). The first book I read by Kristen Ashley was The Gamble and I absolutely loved it. Kristen Ashley has a bunch of series but these are the ones that I've read, though I haven't read every book from all these series but the good thing is that while some characters make appearances in other series or books, you don't have to read their book to understand them. Kristen Ashley is the author of the following:
